Pre-Mixed & Frozen PackagesAPS Pre-Mixed and Frozen Syringes or Cartridges eliminate the need for you to accurately weigh and mix reactive resin materials. Material stored in your freezer is simply thawed before use and then applied.



APS Process: The pre-mixed and frozen packaging process includes: thoroughly blending two-component materials, degassing them to remove entrapped air and then freezing the resin system in a disposable syringe or cartridge. These containers are then packed in dry ice and shipped directly to the customer's facility where they can be stored safely and conveniently in a freezer at -40°C.
